2011-10-14 - 3D elaboration of OVG plan Vijfsluizen

On the terrain of the former Shell sports park Vijfsluizen in Vlaardingen, OVG wants to develop sustainable, green and multifunctional park with a total of 135.000 m² floor area for amongst others office space, housing, hotel facilities, leisure facilities and educational facilities with associated parking facilities. The Virtual Scale Model is hereby used both as a design tool and an instrument to communicate the plans to all interested parties.

2011-10-13 - Virtual Scale Model for plan Haagwegterrein

At the border of the the historic city centre of Leiden, Strukton Projectontwikkeling and Blauwhoed Eurowoningen are developing a housing plan. The Haagweg terrain is a stretched area along both sides of the railway Alphen aan den Rijn-Leiden-Utrecht and consists of the three sub-plans 'In de Hoven', 'Amfibisch' and 'Oase'. For the plan 'Oase' a Virtual Scale Model will be created to communicate the positioning of the plan to the local residents as the plan borders their back yards. In a later phase, the 3D model can be reused for selling the plan.

2011-10-10 - 3D elaboration Eggert for Wereldhave

Shopping centre 'The Eggert' is a centre of approximately 20,000m² in the center of Purmerend. The indoor shopping center housing about 75 shops on two levels has its own car park with 390 places. Key shops in the centre are C&A, V&D, Hema, WE, Miss Etam and Bart Smit. For the revitalization of this plan 3D capacity will create a Virtual Scale Model to provide insight into the designs. The Virtual Scale Model offers valuable feedback for making important decisions such as routing, ascension points and materialization.

2011-09-21 - Expansion Virtual Helmond with project Helmond West

The municipality of Helmond commissioned 3D capacity to model a number of projects in the Helmond city centre in 3D. Using the 'Virtuocity' platform, the user can login and walk online through virtual parts of the city of Helmond. After a number of successfully completed projects such as Suytkade, High Voltage Masts Brandevoort, rail fencing and Sluis 7, we have now started working on the addition of large parts of Helmond-west.
