VNG Magazine’s article "Virtuele Maquettes"

In the latest edition of ICT & Government an extensive article was published about the Virtual Scale Model. Given that 3D capacity is market leader and has ample experience in providing interactive communication media for municipalities, Caspar Nuijten and Jurjen Rolf served as the main sources for the article. The fact that VNG has dedicated such a large article to interactive 3D is testament to how hot this method of communicating is. Municipalities and other local governments are looking for new and optimal ways to inform its citizens. The article also makes a reference to our new website www.virtuelemaquette.com. This website is the starting point for features and sales information related to the Virtual Scale Model. A comprehensive demo highlights the strengths of this method of communication. At last there is a solid alternative to the use of animations and wooden scale models so widespread in the real estate business. 3D capacity provides the underlying technologies for this new product in the Dutch visualization world. Integration of Philips 3D screens with visualiasation of architecture. Without the help of glasses people can see real depth. Presentations of architectural and urban plans will become more lively and helpful in communication processes. 3D capacity is honored to be the first to make this compatible for the 3D screens. 3D capacity has send a press release in The Netherlands. As you can see, the 3D capacity website is online. Over the coming weeks new features will be made available. Soon you will be able to log in to a secure Client login environment. In addition, it will be possible to register for the digital newsletter and the first Case Studies will be published online. The website has an intuitive layout and allows you to find out more about the unique concept that 3D capacity has developed.
